ABOUT VITA CAKE
After few years of experience working with customized cakes overseas,
Shadi and her family decided to move to Australia in (month and year) for a better future.
Being an active women shadi decided to start her own business in Melbourne to showcase her talent and passion in decorarting cakes.
Shadi decided to get some work experience in Melbourne and started working in French pastry café “ Brûlée” in port Melbourne alongside Chef Mariana Chedid who trained at le Cordon bleu paris.​

After some time working together Mariana and Shadi decided to collaborate and offer the service of customized crafted cakes as an extra service at Brûlée and this is how
Vita Cake
was established in October 2022.
